The living room has double-glazed doors on to the terrace, overlooking a well-stocked and secluded garden. The fully-equipped modern kitchen has gas hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and fridge/freezer.

 Two spacious bedrooms can easily accommodate a family of four. There is only one bathroom, with WC, bath and shower, accessed via the principal bedroom. However, there is a separate WC and wash hand basin facility off the hall.
There is a pay phone and off street parking.
Rate: £325 - £350 per week, depending on season. Standard cleaning charge £30.
